Current progress shots!
The first is from January when I first started! This picture is soooo embarrassing but look at me now! 20.4 pounds lost so far!
The second is from April. It was the first progress shot I took with the clothes I’ve worn for all my subsequent progress shots, just to keep it all uniform.
My progress has been (very) slow but sure. Do I eat right 100% of the time? No way! I slip up A LOT. And I’ve only just last week started a serious exercise routine. But if I can lose weight, anyone can. Seriously. YOU CAN TOO.
I can’t wait for January to get here so we can see how much difference a full year can make!

Current weight: 181.2 lbs
Goal weight: 150-160 lbs
